Golf Tournament Letter (GOLFERS) 2025
Dear Friends of Gouverneur Hospital:
We are pleased to announce the Annual Gouverneur Hospital Auxiliary Golf Tournament will take place on Saturday, August 2, 2025, at Emerald Greens, Route 11, Gouverneur, New York.
We greatly appreciate your participation in previous tournaments and hope you will continue to support our efforts for Gouverneur Hospital this year. Last year, we successfully procured $39,022.00 worth of equipment, fulfilling the Hospital’s entire request. We extend our special thanks to BiOrigin Specialty Products for their generous purchase of the Scifit Pro Bike for Physical Rehabilitation, valued at $5,465.00.
This year’s objective is to raise $23,000.00 to acquire a new Infant Resuscitation and Warmer Cart for the Emergency Room, as the current cart needs replacement.
The cost to participate in the tournament is $75.00 per person or $300.00 per team. Below you will find a Team Information Form that should be returned as soon as possible. For any inquiries, please contact us at ghauxiliary@yahoo.com.
On the day of the event, registration will be held from 9:00 AM to 9:45 AM with a shotgun start at 10:00 AM. The format will be captain and crew over 18 holes. Food and refreshments will be available throughout the day.

Dear Friends of Gouverneur Hospital:
The Annual Gouverneur Hospital Auxiliary Golf Tournament will take place on Saturday, August 2, 2025, at Emerald Greens, Route 11, Gouverneur, New York.
Our objective for this year is to secure $23,000.00 to acquire a new Infant Resuscitation and Warmer Cart for the Emergency Room. The current cart is nearing the end of its lifespan and will need to be replaced.
Last year, we successfully procured $39,022.00 worth of equipment, fulfilling the Hospital’s entire request. We extend a special thank you to BiOrigin Specialty Products for their generous purchase of the Scifit Pro Bike for Physical Rehabilitation, valued at $5,465.00.
Below you will find a Sponsorship/Registration Form. We have five different Partnerships available: Premier, Platinum, Gold, Silver and Bronze. You can also make a monetary or gift donation. Gift donations will be utilized for raffles and the live auction. I will be glad to pick up your donation.
Please utilize the Team Information Form if are applying to play in the tournament and are not included in a Partnership.
