In October of each year, Joan Mason, No Bake Sale Director, sends a letter to all members of the Gouverneur Hospital Auxiliary asking for a monetary donation in lieu of a baked item as a fundraiser.  Hence, the name No Bake Sale.  If you do not like to bake, this fundraiser is for you!  The auxiliary appreciates your support and affording us the opportunity to assist the hospital.
